Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects across various modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders to gather business needs and map them effectively to Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
- Analyze and document as-is business processes, and design and recommend to-be processes aligned with Oracle best practices.
- Prepare, review, and validate functional design specification documents for enhancements, reports, and integrations.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules as per client requirements, ensuring accurate scenarios, workflows, and rules.
- Design and manage complex enhancements, interfaces, and custom reports, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Work with both small and large cross-functional teams, providing guidance, knowledge transfer, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support project lifecycle activities including testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while addressing risks and challenges proactively.
- Stay updated with new Oracle HCM Cloud releases and provide recommendations for leveraging new features.
Required Qualifications :
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong exposure to implementation projects.
- In-depth understanding of business processes within HR, Payroll, and Compensation functions.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Proven ability to build and review functional specifications, workflows, and complex configurations.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including configuration and testing.
- Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in relevant modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle integration tools and third-party system interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide leadership support when required.
