Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Title : Oracle HCM

Mode : Remote

Experience : 6+ Years

Duration : 6 months contract + Extendable

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, HDL, APIs, and OIC (optional).

- Perform data conversions, bulk data uploads, and ongoing data maintenance using HDL/SDL tools.

- Build custom reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher to support business operations and compliance needs.

- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to provide functional coverage and help optimize business processes in HCM modules.

- Provide support for Compensation and Equity functionality and configurations in Oracle HCM (functional knowledge is a plus).

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues effectively, independently or as part of a team.

- Document technical solutions, configuration steps, and standard operating procedures.

- Work cross-functionally with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and security teams to ensure seamless HCM operations.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with MuleSoft for integration projects.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
