Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant - Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Design and manage Security Architecture, including Roles, Data Security, Access Controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Audit for PII & HCM objects.

- Configure and support multiple HCM modules, including Global HR, Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll security.

Develop and maintain technical components such as :

- HDL (HCM Data Loader)

- User & Role Management

- IDCS (Identity Cloud Service)

- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integrations

- Work with Design Studio, Page Composer, and Redwood UX to configure and customize UI and business processes.

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, business workshops, and prepare technical solution designs.

- Support end-to-end implementations across APAC, China, and North America regions.

- Manage and validate quarterly updates, ensure compliance, and follow Oracle Fusion lifecycle methodology.

- Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to configure workflows and business processes.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and production support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical areas.

- Strong expertise in Security, Access Controls, SoD, and Audit for HCM.

- Proficient in HCM modules: Global HR, Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Payroll security.

- Hands-on experience with HDL, OIC, IDCS, Role Provisioning, and HCM integrations.

- Working knowledge of Design Studio, Page Composer, and Redwood UX.

- Experience delivering global implementations and working with multi-region clients.

- Strong understanding of quarterly patches, compliance, and HCM Cloud lifecycle.

- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently in Agile setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Experience in workflow configuration and business process optimization.

- Prior experience in customer-facing roles with global enterprise clients.
