Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with 810 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, and BIP reporting, along with hands-on troubleshooting and optimization skills. This role requires someone who can independently handle end-to-end payroll processes, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Fast Formula Development & Maintenance :

- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and eligibility rules.

- Ensure accuracy and performance efficiency in payroll-related Fast Formulas.

2. HCM Extracts Design & Implementation :

- Build, configure, and maintain HCM Extracts for payroll reporting and integrations.

- Support end-to-end extract lifecycle including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

3. Reporting & Troubleshooting :

- Validate and troubleshoot issues related to HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and payroll data inconsistencies.

- Resolve payroll integration failures and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

4. Payroll Module Expertise :

- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll structures, calculations, records, and configuration elements.

- Provide functional insights to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance alignment.

5. Query Optimization & Data Management :

- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and extract performance tuning.

- Support audits and compliance reporting with accurate data handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 810 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

i. Fast Formula development & debugging

ii. HCM Extracts

iii. BI Publisher (BIP) reporting

iv. Payroll Integrations

- Solid understanding of payroll data models, configuration elements, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent skills in SQL, query tuning, and data validation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently under tight timelines.

- Immediate joiner with Pre-BGV readiness.
