Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Hire-to-Retire cycle and strong hands-on experience in Time & Labour.

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Location : Hyd | Blore | Pune | Gurgaon | Trivandrum

Requirements :

- 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire lifecycle

- At least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations (minimum 2 on HCM Cloud)

- Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labour along with Core HR

- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud processes and data flow

- Proven client-facing experience: workshops, design, configuration, testing & go-live

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills

- Leadership in planning, work allocation, mentoring, and project status reporting

- Ability to assess/resolve complex functional issues and interact with clients regularly

- Open to domestic & international travel (short/long term)
