Position : Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant.

Location : Gurugram, HR/ Bangalore, KA/ Mumbai, MH/ Chennai, TN/ Hyderabad, TG/ Kolkata, WB.

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days office per week).

Duration : Full time.

Experience : 6-8 years mandatory.

Job Description :

- Good understanding of the Business Processes.

- Experience in End to end Implementation.

- Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.

- Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes.

- Ability to build/review functional design specification documents.

- Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports.

- Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.

- Has worked with small and large teams.

- Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Experience with SME skill in either of the following modules :

- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn.
