What Were Looking For :

- Relevant Experience : 4-7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM module implementation (depending on the role)

- Strong expertise in module configurations, Fast Formulas, workflows, and integrations

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, testing (SIT/UAT), and client support

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
