Job Summary :


We are looking for experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants with 58 years of relevant experience, having hands-on expertise in at least two or more modules among Absence Management, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, ORC (Recruitment Cloud), and OTL (Time & Labor). The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of HCM Cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead or support implementation and support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.


- Configure and maintain HCM modules such as Absence, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, ORC, and OTL as per business requirements.


- Work closely with business users to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into technical configurations.


- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of HCM configurations and workflows.


- Support data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.


- Prepare and maintain functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.


- Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and assess impacts on existing configurations.


- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reports.


- Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues efficiently.


Required Skills and Experience :


- 58 years of total experience with minimum 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM.


- Strong working knowledge in at least two of the following modules:


- Absence Management


- Core HR


- Payroll


- Compensation


- Benefits


- ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)


- OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)


- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and issue resolution.


- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.


- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Security, Approval Workflows (AOR), and BI Reports.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction and documentation.
