About the Role :

As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will play a key functional role in configuring enterprise structures, streamlining workforce processes, and designing compensation strategies. You will work closely with global stakeholders, supporting end-to-end implementations and ensuring seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Core HR :

- Configure enterprise structures (Legal Entities, BUs, Departments, Workforce Models)

- Set up Jobs, Positions, Grades, Locations, Approval Workflows

- Manage complete employee lifecycle (HireTransferTerminationGlobal Mobility)

- Implement Role-Based Access, Security Policies & Approval Hierarchies

- Support integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Talent & other systems

Compensation :

- Configure Workforce & Individual Compensation modules

- Build Salary Basis, Eligibility Profiles & Compensation Cycles

- Design Merit, Bonus & Budgeting Rules

- Develop Fast Formulas for eligibility & calculation logic

- Conduct testing, validation & reconciliation for compensation cycles

What You Bring :

- 5 years of strong functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Compensation

- Hands-on experience in Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, Data Mapping & Approvals

- Strong understanding of OTBI & BI Publisher for reporting

- Expertise in functional documentation : MD50, BR100

- Experience in SIT/UAT, user training & post-production support

- Proven capability in quarterly patch testing & regression cycles

- Oracle certifications preferred (Core HR / Compensation)

Tools & Technologies :

- Oracle HCM Cloud (23D/24A or latest)

- OTBI / BI Publisher

- HDL / HSDL

- Excel Macros for bulk data prep

- Oracle SR handling
