We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong technical expertise in HCM reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing BI and OTBI reports, managing data uploads, and ensuring smooth operations across the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop secured HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.

- Create and maintain HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, and Fast Formulas.

- Perform data uploads using HDL/HSDL templates efficiently.

- Work on HCM roles, security configurations, and workflow customization.

- Support issue resolution, debugging, and testing activities.

- Prepare documentation and assist with migration of objects to production.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand and implement functional requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

- Strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.

- Proficiency with HDL/HSDL and Fast Formulas.

- Working knowledge of HCM security, roles, and workflow customization.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
