Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Position : Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (AI Solutions)

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR.

- Provide functional expertise and solution design across Payroll, Compensation, and Talent modules (good to have).

- Analyze and define AI-based HR use cases and design practical day-to-day applications to enhance HR processes.

- Implement AI-based solutions, with strong experience in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) for HR operations and employee self-service.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose innovative AI-driven HR solutions.

- Provide post-implementation support, training, and continuous improvement for Oracle HCM and AI-enabled features.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong hands-on experience with Recruitment, Absence, and Core HR modules.

- Exposure to Payroll, Compensation, and Talent management modules is an advantage.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML-based HR solutions.

- Practical experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and conversational AI for HR workflows.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to align them with technology.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
