About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM solutions to ensure seamless HR operations and actionable insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts for payroll, benefits, and other HR modules.

- Build and optimize OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports to support business requirements and decision-making.

- Work closely with HR and technical teams to understand requirements, gather data needs, and deliver accurate reporting solutions.

- Support HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, etc.) with focus on reporting and integrations.

- Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in extracts, BI reports, and integrations.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in HCM Extracts (end-to-end design, configuration, and troubleshooting).

- Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher reports.

- Good understanding of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc.).

- SQL and data analysis skills for report customization.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Fast Formulas in HCM.

- Experience in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and integrations with third-party systems.

- Familiarity with security roles and data access in HCM Cloud.
