Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Configure benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and interfacing with payroll and other HCM modules.
- Develop integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP/REST services, and other middleware tools.
- Conduct functional workshops, document business requirements, develop test scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, implement patches and updates, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project timelines.
Skills & Qualifications :
Must-Have :
- 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementations.
- Proven expertise in configuring eligibility profiles, plan design, costing, open enrollment, and life-event processing.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Imports (FBDI), and integration technologies (SOAP/REST).
