Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end project life cycles, from planning and requirement gathering to delivery and post-implementation support.
- Develop and implement enhancement features based on evolving business requirements within OTM/GTM Cloud.
- Configure and develop reports using BI Publisher tailored to logistics and trade compliance needs.
- Create and manage REST APIs for seamless integration between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
- Support Oracle Cloud upgrades and new releases, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for GTM applications and integrations.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.

- Develop and configure Automation Agents to streamline logistics workflows and event-driven processes.
- Create and customize Workbenches to enhance user productivity and operational visibility.
- Manage and configure Menu Manager for personalized navigation and user experience optimization.
