About the Role :

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management (OM) and Backlog Management (BLM) to deliver functional and technical solutions supporting global business operations.

The role combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on technical capabilities to address business challenges, streamline processes, and ensure high system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion OM and BLM modules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address backlog, RMA, and order promising issues.

- Participate in global rollouts and localization efforts, ensuring smooth deployment.

- Handle quarter-end workload peaks by prioritizing critical deliverables.

- Troubleshoot system issues and implement best-practice solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years in Oracle Fusion OM and BLM.

- Oracle Fusion certification (OM or SCM Cloud) preferred.

- Strong understanding of sales order lifecycle, fulfillment, and backlog prioritization.

- Ability to work on customizations, reports, and integrations.
