Contract Duration : 6+ months.

Location : UAE, Sharjah.

Role Overview :

Seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Consultant (10+ years) to assess Oracle Fusion OCI implementation, conduct gap analysis, optimize licensing, technical review, recommend best practices, and oversee enhancements aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead assessment of Oracle Fusion OCI implementation versus current and future business requirements.

- Perform detailed gap analysis, highlighting inefficiencies and system misalignments.

- Document process flows, findings, and strategies for closing gaps.

- Preferred prior experience in educational institute implementation and program execution.

- Recommend and implement Oracle Fusion best practices for process, configuration, reporting, and integration.

- Analyze and optimize Oracle OCI licenses to achieve cost efficiency and ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, driving solution adoption and system optimization.

- Oversee technical and functional changesincluding system enhancements and user adoptionacross all relevant Fusion modules.

- Provide post-implementation mentoring, training, and support to ensure ongoing value.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion techno-functional roles, with recent SaaS delivery exposure.

- Demonstrable experience in Oracle Fusion design, configurations, optimize the resources align it with Business Functionality.

- Deep expertise in one or more Fusion modules (Finance, HCM, SCM, etc.), business process re-engineering, and gap analysis.

- Proven delivery of Oracle OCI best practices, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, reporting, configuration, and user support.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.

- Oracle Fusion certifications preferred.
