About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant to join our team and work on strategic implementation projects for global clients. If you are passionate about Oracle Fusion, have deep domain expertise in finance and Order to Cash processes, and enjoy solving complex problems through configuration, customization, and process optimization, this role is for you.

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and enhancing Oracle Fusion applications while working closely with clients, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on the Order to Cash cycle.

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business users to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support Oracle Fusion security, role-based access controls, and user provisioning.

- Assist in data migration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Provide guidance on accounting processes, financial structures, and compliance within Oracle Fusion.

- Utilize reporting tools like BIP/OTBI for insights and analytics.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations with at least 78+ years in Oracle Fusion

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process

- In-depth understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and Oracle Fusion setups

- Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and extending Oracle Fusion functionalities

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusions security models, role management, and access control structures

- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI reports, and data visualization tools

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Good documentation skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Oracle Fusion Applications

- Experience working in multi-geography, multi-currency environments

- Knowledge of integration tools and cloud technologies

- Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft

- Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
