Job Title : Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Implementation : Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications with a strong focus on the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.

- Technical Development : Use your technical expertise to customize, configure, and extend Oracle Fusion applications. You'll need hands-on experience with BIP (BI Publisher) and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for reporting and data analysis.

- Functional Expertise : Apply your strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles to support and enhance Oracle Fusion applications.

- Problem-Solving : Analyze business requirements and technical issues to provide effective solutions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 7+ years of dedicated, relevant experience with Oracle Fusion applications.

Technical Skills (70%) :

- In-depth, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion customization, configuration, and extension.

- Proficiency in BIP and OTBI.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion security models and role-based access controls.

Functional Skills (30%) :

- Extensive experience with the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.

- Solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
