About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order to Cash Cycle and Finance processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion applications, combining both technical and functional capabilities to provide end-to-end support for enterprise business solutions.

This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand complex business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of Oracle Fusion implementations, enhancements, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Finance and Order-to-Cash (O2C) implementations and enhancements.

- Configure, customize, and extend Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs.

- Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide optimal Fusion solutions.

- Perform functional configurations in modules such as Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

- Develop and manage customizations, extensions, reports, and integrations (CEMLI) for Oracle Fusion applications.

- Work with technical teams on integration development using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware tools.

- Ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion security models and role-based access controls (RBAC).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and functional/technical specifications.

- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in Oracle Fusion.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Oracle Fusion Applications Expertise : Minimum 7-8 years hands-on experience with Fusion Finance and Order-to-Cash Cycle.

- Finance Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and functional configurations.

Technical Skills :

- Fusion Customizations (Extensions, Workflows, Fast Formulas, Personalizations).

- Fusion Integrations (Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs).

- Report Development : BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and FRS.

Security & Compliance : Proficient in Oracle Fusion security models and role-based access controls.

Analytical & Problem-Solving : Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and design scalable solutions.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to multi-pillar Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM).

- Experience with data migration and data loading tools (FBDI, ADFDI).

- Knowledge of integration with third-party systems (via SOA, OIC).

- Cloud expertise with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Hands-on with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
