We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in Oracle Time and Labour (OTL). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This position requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities, particularly in developing Fast Formulas, to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into comprehensive functional and technical specifications for OTL solutions.

- Design and develop effective Oracle Fusion OTL solutions, including the creation and modification of simple OTL Fast Formulas.

- Execute Functional User Testing (FUT) and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring thorough defect resolution and successful deployment activities.

- Provide ongoing production support for Oracle Time and Labour, addressing issues, optimizing performance, and implementing necessary enhancements.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and various project stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of OTL

solutions.
