Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong experience in developing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Integrations (OIC / REST / SOAP APIs).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support custom solutions and integrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM / Finance / SCM modules as applicable).

- Develop BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and Dashboards based on business requirements.

- Build and maintain integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.

- Work with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration and interfaces.

- Create and debug Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, or other modules (if HCM-focused).

- Develop custom objects, data models, and templates using Oracle tools.

- Work with FBDI and other data load tools for Finance and SCM modules.

- Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, testing, and documentation.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-production support.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 36 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Development.

Strong proficiency in :

- BI Publisher / OTBI / Data Models / Templates

- HCM Extracts / HDL / FBDI

- OIC Integrations (SOAP / REST / File-based)

- SQL / PL/SQL and XML

- Fast Formulas (if HCM module experience)

- Good understanding of Fusion Data Model and Table Structures.

- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) is a plus.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
