Solution Architecture & Design :

- Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud with a focus on Asset Management.

- Design scalable solutions for Fixed Assets, Asset Lifecycle Management, and integration with Procurement and Finance.

- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Lead large-scale transformation programs for asset-intensive industries (e.g. real estate, aviation, telecom).

- Drive requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

- Develop technical components : HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom integrations.

Process Optimization :

- Align asset management processes with global best practices for capitalization, depreciation, and maintenance.

- Identify gaps in standard functionality and define customizations.

- Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.

- Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution.
