- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Service Contracts implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Implement subscription management within the Service Contracts module.

- Configure and maintain all aspects of service contracts, including templates, terms, renewals, billing schedules, and entitlements.

- Collaborate with Order Management teams to orchestrate services and ensure seamless integration with service contracts.

- Maintain and configure inventory master and service SKUs in alignment with service contracts and order management requirements.

- Ensure end-to-end knowledge of all service contracts business processes, including setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Work closely with business users to provide training, documentation, and support for Service Contracts processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Service Contracts and related integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations with strong focus on Service Contracts module.

- Hands-on experience implementing Service Contracts with subscription management.

- Strong understanding of services orchestration via Order Management in Oracle Fusion.

- In-depth knowledge of service contract configuration, inventory master, and service SKUs.

- Well-versed with all business processes related to Service Contracts.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
