Oracle Fusion/SCM Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Lead with 7+ years of strong experience in at least two or more modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash (Sell), or Costing.

The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations, manage client interactions, and ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business needs.

- Provide expert-level support in modules including any combination of Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Order Management, Costing.

- Drive functional workshops and solution demonstrations for stakeholders.

- Perform gap analysis, solution design, testing, and data migration activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and integrated SCM solutions.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

- Prepare detailed documentation including BRD, functional specs, test cases, training materials, etc.

- Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and policies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on expertise in 2 or more of the following Oracle SCM modules like Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Costing.

- Strong understanding of SCM business processes and workflows.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and supporting post-go-live environments.

- Ability to perform functional configurations and guide technical teams during development.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Agile project methodology

- Knowledge of integration with Oracle Finance modules is a plus
