Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant specializing in Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, with a strong focus on Cloud Planning and MFG modules.

The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, customize, and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Customization :

- Customize and configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications according to client specifications and business processes.

- Conduct thorough requirements analysis, gap analysis, and propose feasible solutions.

Consultation & Stakeholder Interaction :

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide solutions, and deliver presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and managerial stakeholders.

Project Management :

- Ensure timely delivery of solutions, adhering to budget and quality standards.

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Post-Implementation Support :

- Conduct user training and prepare detailed user documentation.

- Deliver continuous improvements and updates according to changing business needs.

Technical Expertise :

- Develop and execute test scripts for various scenarios and troubleshoot testing issues.

- Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.

Desired Skills :

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

- Excellent problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and other Oracle Fusion middleware.

- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion releases and enhancements.

- Develop and execute test scripts for various scenarios and troubleshoot testing issues.
