Key Responsibilities :

As an Oracle Fusion Production Support Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Your core duties will include :

- Troubleshooting and Resolution : Diagnosing and resolving complex production issues related to Oracle Fusion Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP), Cost Management, Inventory, and Payables/Receivables. This involves incident management, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to ensure minimal business disruption.

- System Maintenance : Performing routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring system performance, applying patches, and managing configurations to ensure the stability and health of the Oracle Fusion environment.

- User Support : Serving as a primary point of contact for end-users, providing technical assistance, and guiding them on best practices for using the Oracle Fusion applications.

- Process Improvement : Identifying opportunities to improve support processes and system efficiency. This may involve creating and updating technical documentation, developing scripts, and automating tasks to streamline operations.

- Collaboration : Working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and other IT teams, to resolve issues, implement changes, and support ongoing projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have the following mandatory skills :

- Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) : In-depth knowledge of the core Oracle Fusion SCM suite.

- Oracle Fusion Inventory : Extensive experience with inventory management processes, including on-hand balances, item management, and inventory transactions.

- Oracle Fusion Order Management : Expertise in the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, including order entry, fulfillment, and shipping.

- Global Order Promising (GOP) : Hands-on experience with GOP functionality, including promising rules, availability checks, and order scheduling.

- Oracle Fusion Inventory Planning : Familiarity with inventory planning processes and tools within Oracle Fusion.

- Oracle Fusion Inventory Cost Management : Strong understanding of costing methods, cost accounting, and cost management in Oracle Fusion.

- Oracle SQL/PL/SQL : Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.

- Oracle Fusion Order to Cash (O2C) Cycle : A comprehensive understanding of the entire O2C process, from sales order creation to cash receipt.
