Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Lead with a minimum of 7 years of strong functional experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting Oracle Cloud PPM module implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of PPM processes, configurations, and integrations within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

- Perform gap analysis and provide functional designs that align with business needs.

- Conduct system configurations, data loading, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-production support and enhancements for existing Oracle Fusion PPM environments.

- Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs, configuration documents, test scripts, and training guides.

- Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.)

- Mentor junior consultants and guide the client on PPM best practices.

- Participate in cutover planning, go-live activities, and hyper-care support.

Required Skills :


- 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle EBS.

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PPM modules.

- In-depth understanding of project lifecycle management and PPM configurations.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture and data flows.

- Experience with solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, and end-user training.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Oracle Cloud PPM Certifications

- Experience in global implementations or rollouts

- Understanding of integrations with other Oracle modules

- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

- Knowledge of OTBI, FBDI templates, and ADFDI tools
