Join our dynamic team driving enterprise transformation with Oracle Fusion PPM & Financials! Were looking for highly skilled and technically proficient professionals who can manage end-to-end project configurations and integrations in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem.
This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle's Project Portfolio Management and Financial modules, with a strong focus on technical implementation and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical configuration and setup of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Projects and related downstream processes.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials to ensure seamless integration with PPM modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
- Translate complex business requirements into robust Oracle Fusion configurations and technical solutions.
- Conduct technical CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and client workshops to demonstrate system capabilities and gather feedback.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for custom reports, integrations, and extensions (RICE objects).
- Hands-on execution of data loading using tools like File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Oracle's native APIs.
- Design and implement reporting solutions using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Define comprehensive data conversion strategies and create configuration documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Work with Oracle Fusion BPM (Business Process Management) workflows for process automation and optimization.
- Develop strategies for data mapping and integration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal integration choices (e.g., API vs. FBDI) based on technical requirements and best practices.
Technical Skill Set :
- Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM : Expert-level configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, Project Foundation, and Project Management.
- Oracle Fusion Financials : Strong technical understanding and experience with core Oracle Fusion Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) and their integration points with PPM.
- Data Integration Tools : Proven hands-on experience with :
1. FBDI (File-Based Data Import) : For bulk data loads (e.g., projects, actuals, budgets).
2. Oracle APIs (REST/SOAP) : For real-time and batch integrations.
3. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) : Experience with OIC for building complex integrations is highly desirable.
- Reporting & Analytics : Proficiency in :
1. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) : For creating standard and ad-hoc reports.
2. BI Publisher : For developing custom reports and layouts.
3. SmartView : For financial reporting and analysis.
- Workflow Management : Experience with Oracle Fusion BPM (Business Process Management) for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Technical Documentation : Ability to write clear and concise functional and technical design documents, test scripts, and configuration guides.
- SQL/PLSQL : Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation, querying, and troubleshooting within the Oracle database layer.
- Data Migration : Experience in defining and executing data conversion strategies, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications for PPM or Financials are highly preferred
