Description :

Technical Expertise:

- Lead technical architecture and design end to end process flows for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.

- Minimum two end-to-end implementations in Financials module as IT Lead/Solution Lead (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH).

- Develop and manage integrations using OIC, FBDI, BIP, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Manage Data Migration strategies and upload, error handling of integrations and custom objects, Reporting, and Custom development.

- Ensure performance tuning, error handling, and best practices in development.

- Provide oversight and guidance on solution architecture, development methodologies, and technology best practices.

- Ensure delivery teams are aligned with the latest tools, platforms, and frameworks relevant to client needs.

- Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery through innovation and automation.

Leadership and People Management :


- Guide junior developers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Handle client interactions, solution presentations, and technical documentation.

Client and Stakeholder Management :


- Must have worked on modules like Financials and Procurement.

- Ensure alignment with client goals, timelines, and expectations.

- Support global implementations and post-production stabilization.

- Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for client delivery engagements.

- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

Strategic Thinking :


- Architect scalable solutions across Oracle ERP Cloud modules.

- Leverage reusable components and automation for rollout efficiency.

- Align delivery with broader business objectives and client roadmaps.

- Contribute to strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capability development.

Operational Excellence :


- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

- Implement governance frameworks, compliance protocols, and reporting mechanisms.

- Drive operational efficiency through process standardization, lean practices, and performance analytics.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10-12+ years of experience in IT delivery, with deep Oracle ERP Cloud expertise.

- Strong understanding of delivery models (Agile, DevOps, ITIL) and global sourcing strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.

- Experience in domains like Banking, Insurance.
