Role :Oracle Fusion Middleware Lead/ Techno Manager.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator (WebLogic) with strong expertise in SOA Integrations, ADF, and BI Reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1318 years of experience, including leading and managing a team of at least 10 technical professionals. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to guide, mentor, and ensure successful delivery of integration and middleware projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Responsibilities :


Administer, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including :

- WebLogic Server

- SOA Suite / OSB

- ADF applications

- BI Publisher / BI Reports

- Lead end-to-end SOA/OSB integrations, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and deployment activities.

- Manage ADF application deployments, runtime performance, and issue resolution.

- Handle the creation, modification, and performance tuning of BI Publisher reports.

- Oversee installation, patching, upgrades, clustering, backup/restore, and high-availability

configurations of Fusion Middleware environments.

- Monitor and ensure platform stability, performance, and security compliance.

- Collaborate with functional teams for requirement analysis, design, and solution architecture.

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices across integration and middleware activities.

Leadership & People Management :


- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ technical engineers (Middleware, SOA, ADF, BI).

- Plan and allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, capability building, and technical upskilling for the team.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and quality assurance within the team.

- Coordinate with cross-functional and client teams for delivery management and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 - 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Integration technologies.

Strong hands-on knowledge in :

- Oracle WebLogic Administration


- Oracle SOA Suite / OSB

- ADF application support

- BI Publisher / BI Reports


- Experience in managing enterprise integration landscapes.

- Strong expertise in Unix/Linux, scripting, and deployment automation tools.

- Proven experience in team leadership / people management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Good at communication.
