About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Consultant to provide comprehensive functional and technical support across Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related Supply Chain Management modules.
The role involves managing end-to-end implementation, troubleshooting, and rollout activities while ensuring seamless system performance and user satisfaction.

- Conduct root cause analysis, bug fixing, and coordinate with Oracle Support (SR management).

- Develop and enhance reports, configurations, and functional extensions based on business needs.

- Deliver super-user training and assist with change management during new rollouts.

- Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes.

- Lead regression testing and quarterly Oracle update validation.

- Ensure configuration validation and master data accuracy across modules.

- Provide month-end and production cycle closure support.

- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams for process improvements and issue resolution.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for sustainability.

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and related SCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of functional and technical aspects of Fusion Manufacturing.

- Expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and Oracle SR management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
