Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a primary resource for Oracle Fusion HCM & Integrations, applying your strong techno-functional knowledge to support and enhance our systems.

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other internal/external systems using various methods.

- Proficiently develop solutions related to Core HR.

- Create and optimize HCM Extracts for data outbound requirements.

- Design and develop reports using BI Publisher (BIP).

- Utilize REST/SOAP APIs for building robust integrations.

- Develop and modify Fast Formulas for various HCM modules.

- Configure and manage changes using Transaction Design Studio (TDS).

- Apply strong knowledge of Integration protocols such as FTP, Web Services, and UCM (Universal Content Management).

- Work effectively in Agile environments, participating in sprints and contributing to continuous delivery.

- Collaborate with global, matrixed teams and manage stakeholder expectations through excellent communication.

- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve integration issues efficiently.

- Contribute to solution design and ensure the stability and performance of integrated systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM & Integrations.

- Techno-Functional Knowledge : Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Proficiency in :

- Core HR

- HCM Extracts

- BI Publisher (BIP)

- REST/SOAP APIs

- Fast Formulas

- Transaction Design Studio (TDS)

- Integration Protocols : Strong knowledge of Integration protocols: FTP, Web Services, UCM.
