Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Integration Analyst with strong domain expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, end-to-end integrations, and data orchestration across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Core HR, hands-on technical capabilities in HCM Extracts, BIP, and Fast Formulas, along with the ability to design scalable and secure interfaces using REST and SOAP APIs.

This role requires a strong understanding of HCM data structures, integration frameworks, and industry-standard transport protocols.

The analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical architects, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality integrations that ensure seamless and secure data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Development & Implementation :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external/internal applications using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and BIP reports.

- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Fusion-native tools.

- Configure integration workflows leveraging UCM, FTP, and Web Services for secure data transportation.

- Analyze integration requirements and provide scalable technical solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.

HCM Core HR Functional Expertise :

- Support Core HR module configurations including worker structures, enterprise structures, and workforce setups.

- Perform data validation, data mapping, and troubleshooting across Core HR processes and related integrations.

- Partner with HR functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all HCM touchpoints.

Technical Configuration & Customization :

- Build custom HCM Extracts for payroll, HR operations, and external system interfaces.

- Develop BIP reports and layouts for business consumption and integration feeds.

- Write and optimize Fast Formulas for eligibility, calculations, validations, and transformations.

- Create and configure Transaction Design Studio (TDS) rules for task flows, behavioral changes, and personalization of HCM processes.

Integration Monitoring & Support :

- Monitor scheduled integrations, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Identify root causes for integration disruptions and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Provide post-production support, enhancement recommendations, and process optimization initiatives.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to interpret integration needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Prepare detailed technical documentation including mapping sheets, design specifications, interface catalogs, and test scripts.

- Support SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities ensuring all integrations meet performance and security requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Module

- Hands-on experience creating and managing HCM Extracts

- Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP) for report and output design

- Development experience with Fast Formulas for transformations and validations

- Strong command over REST & SOAP APIs for integrations

- Practical experience with Transaction Design Studio (TDS)

- Understanding of data transport protocols such as FTP, Web Services, UCM

- Solid knowledge of HCM data model, security, and integration architecture

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple integration projects

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
