Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain integrations within Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR module.


- Develop and support HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting purposes.


- Create and manage reports using BI Publisher (BIP) to deliver accurate business insights.


- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas to support business rules and calculations.


- Utilize REST and SOAP APIs for building robust integration interfaces.


- Work with Transaction Design Studio (TDS) to configure and optimize data transactions.


- Manage data transport protocols such as FTP, Web Services, and UCM for secure data exchange.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.


- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.


Mandatory Skills & Expertise :


- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR Module.


- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts development and maintenance.


- Proficient in BI Publisher (BIP) report creation and customization.

- Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion.


- Experience in building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.


- Expertise with Transaction Design Studio (TDS) for designing transactions.


- Familiarity with data transport protocols such as FTP, Web Services, and UCM.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
