We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert responsible for the configuration, setup, and ongoing support of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

Role : Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) Consultant


Experience : 5 + years.


Lead and execute the end-to-end configuration and setup of the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) module. This includes defining plan components, compensation plans, performance measures, rate tables, sales crediting rules, and payment batches.


- System Support & Maintenance : Provide expert support for the Fusion IC system, troubleshooting issues, resolving production incidents, and performing routine maintenance tasks.


- Design & Documentation : Translate complex business requirements related to sales commission and incentive structures into clear, effective functional and technical design documents.


- Testing : Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all IC configurations and enhancements.


- Reporting & Analytics : Utilize knowledge of Fusion reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, FRS) to develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics related to compensation data and payout metrics.


- Cross-Module Integration : Understand and manage integration points between Fusion IC and related modules (e.g., Oracle Fusion Sales, HCM, Financials).


- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize existing IC setups and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications :


- Fusion IC Expertise : Strong hands-on experience is mandatory in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC) configuration, setup, and ongoing support. This includes detailed knowledge of the functional flows from crediting and calculation to payment processing.


- Technical Configuration : Proficiency in setting up and managing core IC elements, including :


1. Quota and Goal Management

2. Participant and Hierarchy Management

3. Rules and Formulas (Expression Builder)

4. Calculation and Payment processes


- Support Experience (Preferred) : Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) / support projects is a significant plus, demonstrating the ability to handle tickets, manage SLAs, and provide post-go-live assistance.


- Related Modules (Preferred) : Knowledge of related Oracle Fusion modules, specifically Fusion Sales Cloud (CRM) and Fusion Financials, as they relate to data flow into IC.


- Reporting & Custom Objects (Preferred) : Familiarity with Fusion reporting tools and experience working with custom objects to meet specific client needs within the IC environment.


- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex configuration issues.


- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
