Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Technical/Functional) with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of one or more of the following modules:
Benefits, Talent Management (Goal & Performance Management), Core HR, or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure Goals, Performance Templates, Eligibility Profiles, Benefits Plans, and Talent Review setups.
- Manage Core HR setups including legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, grades, and locations.
- Handle Recruiting flows in ORC including candidate journey, job requisition creation, and offer management.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions.
- Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams.
Technical Responsibilities :
- Design and develop BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Use HDL / HSDL / Fast Formulas for data loading and business logic.
- Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations and OIC-based flows.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable HCM technical architecture and solutions.
Required Skills :
- Deep functional knowledge in at least one module: Benefits, Talent Management, Core HR, or ORC.
- Strong hands-on in Oracle Fusion data loading tools (HDL/HSDL) and reporting tools (BI/OTBI).
- Expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and APIs.
- Experience in preparing test scenarios, conducting SIT/UAT, and managing client demos.
- Good understanding of Oracle security roles, approval workflows, and user provisioning.
