Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Data Migration to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical development skills, proven success in Fusion/Cloud projects, and leadership capability to drive end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead HCM Cloud Data Migration projects using Fusion tools (FBDI, HDL, HSDL, ADFDI).

- Design, develop, document, and test migration processes across HCM modules.

- Build and optimize BI/OTBI reports with strong SQL/PLSQL development skills.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and work allocation for project teams.

- Collaborate with clients in requirement workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Resolve complex technical issues and ensure successful migration & conversion outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 7+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM (mandatory).

- Strong hands-on expertise in Data Migration & Conversion.

- Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, BI/OTBI reporting.

- In-depth knowledge of Fusion migration tools : FBDI, HDL, HSDL, ADFDI.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Roles open at Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant levels.
