Oracle Fusion/HCM Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead with 7+ years of expertise in delivering HCM technical solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data conversions, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI reports.

This role involves collaborating with functional consultants, business users, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and OTBI analytics based on business needs.

- Design and implement Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and benefits configurations.

- Lead data conversion and migration activities using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and spreadsheet loaders.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in extracts, reports, and interfaces.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and provide support during UAT.

- Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

- Ensure best practices and standards in development, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula

- Experience in developing inbound and outbound integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model.

- Hands-on experience in PaaS extensions and REST/SOAP web services is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, and Benefits

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
