Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Location : Remote Opportunity

Experience Required :

- Total IT Experience : 5+ years

- Fusion/Cloud HCM Experience : Minimum 4 years (mandatory)

Key Technical Skills :

Data Migration & Conversion :

- Expertise in Fusion FBDI, HDL, HSDL, ADFDI

Reporting Tools :

- BI Publisher (BIP) Reports

- OTBI Reports

HCM Specific Skills :

- HCM Extracts

- Fast Formula

Database Skills :

- SQL, PL/SQL development

Other :

- Strong technical development skills

- Experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as a technical consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support projects

- Perform data conversion and migration using FBDI, HDL, HSDL, and ADFDI templates

- Develop and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports for HCM modules

- Create and manage HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and other HCM processes

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment of technical components

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support
