We are seeking experienced HCM Cloud Technical Consultants to join our team as Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant, depending on experience and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on data migration, reporting, and technical development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute data migration activities using Fusion tools such as FBDI, HDL, HSDL, and ADFDI. Design and develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI/OTBI Reports.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform data conversion and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and user guides. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM integrations and reports.

- Support ongoing enhancements and upgrades in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant IT experience, with 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development. Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HCM data migration tools.

- Hands-on experience with : Fusion FBDI / HDL / HSDL / ADFDI HCM Extracts Fast Formula BI Publisher (BIP) OTBI Reports

- Proven ability to work in hybrid environments and manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Experience working in large-scale implementation or support projects.

- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical discussions.
