Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM ORC Functional Consultant

Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM ORC Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in ORC modules, coupled with high-level technical knowledge and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling implementation projects and delivering work effectively in client-facing scenarios.

Skills & Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Support experience on Core HR, Talent & ORC Modules.

- Conducted client presentations and demos on ORC modules to map solution requirements.

- Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice.

- Collaborate with the technical team to explain custom requirements.

- Experience in functional design documentation, functional testing & regression testing.

- Ability to handle tickets independently as an individual contributor and lead projects.

- Minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation on ORC and Core HR modules.

- Exposure/working knowledge of Redwood and VBCS is preferred.

- Knowledge of SDLC for functional testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production hyper-care support.

- Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula, and BI Reporting is an added advantage.

Education :

- Bachelors or masters degree with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or operations.
