Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and be capable of leading complex solutioning from a functional and business perspective. Strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on technical knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the overall Oracle Fusion HCM solution design for complex and large-scale projects.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Provide subject matter expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:

- Global Core HR

- Absence Management

- Recruitment

- Help Desk

- Workforce

- Benefits

- Hands-on configuration and support for Fusion Cloud Payroll, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Integrations.

- Act as the functional lead in client-facing roles, managing communication, expectation setting, and solution delivery.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations.

- Ensure timely delivery of solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven track record in leading Fusion HCM projects in client-facing roles.

- Strong business process knowledge and functional expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Experience in Payroll, HDL, HCM Extracts, and integration points.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) mandatory.

- Oracle Certification in any HCM-related technology preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with global clients or in multi-country implementations.

- Exposure to Agile or Hybrid project management methodologies.
