Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.


- Manage functional design, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.


- Work extensively on Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits modules.


- Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs.


- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.


- Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements.


- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation.


- Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.


- Experience in one or more HCM modules : Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits.


- Strong experience with Fast Formulas (eligibility) and BI reporting tools.


- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and system integrations.


- Experience in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and support.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.


- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
