About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in KSA Payroll to support implementation and enhancement projects for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia payroll processes, along with hands-on experience in Global HR and Absence Management modules.

This is a remote freelance opportunity requiring a self-driven professional who can work independently and deliver high-quality functional solutions for offshore clients.

Key Responsibilities :

-Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations focusing on KSA Payroll, Global HR, and Absence modules.

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.

- Configure and customize KSA Payroll rules, elements, and fast formulas based on statutory requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and accurate payroll processing.

- Provide functional expertise during testing, data migration, and user training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with KSA labor and payroll regulations.

- Participate in at least two full-cycle Fusion HCM implementation projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional Consulting.

-Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation cycles in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Strong hands-on expertise in : KSA Payroll (mandatory) Absence Management Global HR

- Proven experience working with KSA-based clients or projects.

- In-depth knowledge of KSA payroll configuration, localization, and compliance.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-interfacing skills.

Good to Have :

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.

- Exposure to other GCC payroll localizations.

- Experience working with offshore or remote delivery models.
