Key Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Benefits configuration and implementation.

- Knowledge of Payroll, Integrations, and Functional Configurations.

- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

- Proven ability to take ownership of modules/projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module.

- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Analyze requirements, provide functional expertise, and ensure smooth system integration.

- Drive workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into effective solutions.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies.

- Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding HCM Benefits
