Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Minimum 8+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Must have completed at least 3 full life-cycle implementations, particularly in Core HR and Benefits modules.

- Expertise in integration methodologies and interfaces, including HDL, Web Services, PaaS integrations, and third-party integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Auto-completion rules, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL, and Redwood enablement.

- In-depth understanding of history data conversion and loading/migration.

- Solid understanding of Fusion Applications security processes.

- Strong documentation skills including AS-IS analysis, technical specifications/design, test scenarios, user manuals, training documents, and SOPs.

- Experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering complete business processes.

- Ability to coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.

- Familiarity with cloud implementation, upgrade, and maintenance methodologies.

- Bonus : Experience with coexistence implementations (Fusion apps integrated with other ERPs like Oracle E-Business Suite).

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working with global clients; experience with US clients is an added advantage.
