Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

Location - Hyderabad

This role requires a unique blend of functional knowledge and technical capability, including the ability to design and write Fast Formulas and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Design and configure Oracle OTL solutions to meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain simple OTL Fast Formulas for calculations, validations, and rules.

- Perform Functional User Testing, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and implementing system enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, HR, and project teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.

- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion OTL.

- Strong techno-functional expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Experience with Fast Formulas (writing, testing, and troubleshooting).

- Good understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, and HR processes.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations, reporting, and integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative cross-functional teams.

- Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (preferred).
