Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, focusing on Finance and Tax transformation projects

- Manage global rollouts, particularly in Asia-Pacific and multi-country landscapes

- Oversee all phases of ERP transformation from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, transition, and Application Maintenance Support (AMS)

- Coordinate delivery in a multi-vendor environment, managing vendor collaboration and ensuring timely, quality implementation

- Serve as the Environment and Release Manager, ensuring smooth migration and release activities across project phases

- Provide functional leadership across all Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
  • Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Fusion Procurement
  • Fusion Projects and Project Financials
  • Tax modules

- Act as the point of contact for senior stakeholders and provide governance across multiple workstreams

- Support pre-sales efforts, solution workshops, and business case development as needed

- Ensure alignment with global finance standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements


Required Skills & Experience :


- 12+ years of overall Oracle ERP implementation experience with strong specialization in global rollouts

- Proven track record of delivery management in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations

- Hands-on expertise across all Oracle Finance modules listed above

- Deep understanding of Finance and Tax transformation in complex enterprise settings

- Experience managing multi-vendor environments with global delivery models

- Strong knowledge of release and environment management in cloud ERP ecosystems

- Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation Certification is mandatory

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate globally distributed project teams
