SG IT is looking for Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultants to deliver end-to-end Fusion Finance implementations for global clients. This role requires strong expertise across GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management, along with hands-on experience in FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, and data migration.

Must Have Skills :


We are actively seeking a versatile Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with a solid background of at least 4 years in implementing Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.


In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for :


- Leading Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects, seamlessly integrating technical and functional expertise for successful project delivery.


- Collaborating closely with clients to understand business requirements, providing both technical and functional insights, and designing effective Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.


- Configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Finance modules from both technical and functional perspectives, addressing client-specific needs and optimizing system performance.


- Data Migration : Oracle Fusion Financials data migration (all modules) using FBDI/ADFdi extraction to load, ensuring 100% accuracy via mocks & UAT. Design migration strategy, reconciliations, and cutover plans. Partner with stakeholders & teams to resolve discrepancies and execute go-live


- Developing and implementing technical solutions, including custom reports, interfaces, and extensions, to enhance Oracle Fusion Finance functionalities.


- Providing guidance and expertise in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management, ensuring a comprehensive approach to solution design.


- Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders on both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Finance.


- Actively participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues during the implementation phase.


- Staying updated on Oracle Fusion Finance features, technical advancements, and best practices.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


- Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, both technically and functionally (4+ years).


- Proficiency in technical development, including Oracle Fusion Finance APIs, reports, and extensions.


- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and their functional aspects.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.


- Certification in Oracle Fusion Finance is a plus.
