Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze finance-related requirements.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financial modules :
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expense Management
- Tax
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose optimized solutions.
- Create functional design documents (MD50), test cases, and training documentation.
- Perform and support all testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and production deployments.
Work with technical teams for :
- Integration (Oracle Integration Cloud OIC)
- Reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI)
- Data Migration (FBDI, ADFdi)
- Support post-implementation activities including issue resolution, enhancements, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle Financials modules.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and local financial compliance.
- Experience in data migration and integration using FBDI, ADFdi, and OIC.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus (not mandatory).
- Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.
